The appellants, Steven Dewayne Transou, Robert James Johnson, James Edward Simmons, Donald Wayne Geanes, and Mitchell W. Williamson, were convicted of possessing more than one-half gram of crack cocaine with intent to sell or deliver, a Class B felony, and possession of drug paraphernalia, a Class A misdemeanor, by a jury of their peers.
